No complaint, the venue met the purpose. Loved every detail about our very enjoyable 2 nights stay here. We had breads and jam for breakfast, it was delicious.

Thank you for the stay in this property - will be back. I would say it's unique base for staying and exploring Okehampton. Everyone is extremely friendly and amicable and owner too. It has stunning, amazing setting, short walk to a local shop, petrol station, access to the A30 and a pub, and a working farm.

Double room was fabulous and luxurious. The employees were amicable and offered great services. The location was stunning, near to Okehampton which has a nice pub the Fountain, beautiful inspirational Dartmoor and a local shop, petrol station, access to the A30 and a pub, in a domestic area.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my really comfortable 3 nights stay here. The food was lovely, with plenty of options. The location was stunning - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. It was located in a local area close enough to beautiful inspirational Dartmoor, the Fountain and a nice pub the Fountain.

Reasonably spacious and luxurious units for her tea, greatly enjoyed it.

The staff were amiable and amicable and the location was amazing to local pubs. Plus, it was so close to a valley and the farm. The breakfast served was marvellous, everything you could wish for, with milk from the farm and freshly baked bread, as example.

The staff was excellent and amicable in managing every request. Our rooms were big size and absolutely perfect and had an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and television.

Plenty of amazing food, we loved it.

Marvellous location just off Okehampton which has a nice pub the Fountain and a Waitrose, local pubs and a secluded valley with stunning Dartmoor views, I felt safe.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Spotless hotel unit for her tea. Stunning and lovely location to local pubs and beautiful area. Free parking on site provided. What an enjoyable stay, nothing too much trouble.
